Cara Jette – Lead Web Developer

Cara Jette is Lead Web Developer with GeoNetix. She gained a solid background in the data-intensive realm of financial software through working at FactSet Research Systems for 5 years. More recently, Cara has been applying her expertise to custom web application development. She is familiar all industry standard object-oriented and web-based languages from C# and VB.Net to javascript and CSS.

Cara holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute In Computer Science, Math.

Keith Chappell – Lead GIS Developer

Keith Chappell is Lead GIS Developer with GeoNetix. Keith’s expertise includes customized GIS programming, coding, systems analysis, project management, seamless integration and file management. Keith has developed customized tools that operate in ESRI ArcGIS desktop, ArcGIS Server and Autodesk Map environments. Keith also has extensive experience in Global Positioning System (GPS) data collection design and data processing.

Keith has a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Business Databases from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.

Carlton Boush – Lead GIS Consultant

Carlton Boush is Lead GIS Consultant with GeoNetix. Previously Carlton was a Network Planner for Embarq (formerly Sprint) where he developed forecast, gathered, and recorded information related to industry and subdivision development for a geographic area. Carlton has received an award for his innovative use of GIS as a tool for presenting various data, displaying marketing opportunities and competitive information. He currently has a patent application pending.

Carlton obtained an ABD; Economic Geography (Telecommunications) from the University of Florida, a MA; Geography (Regional Planning) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BA; Economics and Political Science from Grove City College.

Douglas K. Minnigh – GIS Analyst

Doug Minnigh is a GIS Analyst with GeoNetix. Doug performs both spatial and tabular data manipulation is support of client’s GIS needs. His extensive work with as an intern with the Penn State College of Earth and Mineral Sciences has provided him with excellent data manipulation and cartography skills.

Doug has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Energy, Business and Finance with the Geographic Information Systems Option from the Pennsylvania State University.

Joe Carter – Lead CAD Consultant

Joe Carter is Lead CAD Consultant for GeoNetix. Joe has strong and wide-ranging experience in civil and environmental engineering. He is also formally trained in network administration, user support & software development. Joe has over 20 years of experience in civil design and has most recently worked on several projects which involved Autodesk/ArcGIS interoperability.

Joe holds an A.A.S. from Community College of Allegheny County in Information Technology Support and Software Development.

Michele Lawver – Administrative Assistant

Michele Lawver is the Administrative Assistant with GeoNetix. She is responsible for executive support of daily business operations. Prior to joining GeoNetix Michele supported senior level management at several companies such as Marconi/FORE Systems, HealthAmerica, Duquesne Light Company and Erie Insurance Group.

Michele as over 25 years in her field and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Point Park University.
